Do you offer click-and-collect?: Yes. Order online and collect from our Penrith workshop. We'll contact you when your order is ready — usually same day for in-stock items.
Can you source parts not on the website?: Often, yes. If you've seen a part elsewhere or need something specific, call us. We have access to a wide range of distributor catalogues and can usually source to order.
What's your return policy?: 90 days on all stocked items, unused and in original packaging. Electrical and made-to-order items have different conditions — contact us before purchasing if you're unsure.
Do you do fitment / installation?: We're a parts supplier, not a fitment workshop. However, we have long-standing relationships with trusted installers across NSW and can point you in the right direction.
