Dobinsons' IMS (Integrated Monotube System) complete lift kit provides 50mm of lift for the Nissan Patrol GQ. Engineered and tested in Australian conditions, this kit includes front coil springs, rear coil springs, front and rear IMS shock absorbers, and all required hardware for a full install. No compromise — built for serious touring and daily driving.
Fits: Nissan Patrol GQ (Y60) — Wagon & Ute — 1988 to 1997. Petrol and diesel variants. Not suitable for GU (Y61).

The Dobinsons IMS (Integrated Monotube System) lift kit is one of the most complete and well-regarded suspension upgrades available for the Nissan Patrol GQ. Developed specifically for the demands of Australian outback touring — corrugated dirt roads, loaded touring setups, and everything in between — this kit delivers a genuine 50mm of lift with exceptional control and ride quality.
Unlike budget kits that pair low-quality shocks with spring-only lifts, the IMS system uses a true monotube shock design that runs cooler under sustained off-road use, resists fade on long corrugated runs, and provides a more linear and predictable response through the full range of suspension travel.
Everything needed for a complete front and rear install is included. Our team can arrange fitment through our workshop in Penrith, or the kit is suitable for experienced home mechanics with the right tools.
